Worka-B colours can be changed in Windows Control Panel

Example 1: Estimate features tabs screen. This first Worka-B screen style below shows the estimate features tabs 1 to 6. The upper white job description text panel is a searchable area, using several alpha-numeric search criteria simultaneously. The lower yellow text panel is for unlimited continuation job description.

Example 2: Estimate production items screen: The screen layout below shows a review of the production items in an estimate. You can set up your own Worka-B production items library for any trade, for any equipment: litho, digital, H/F welders and so on. So, all the items can be for your own print trade specialisations.

Example 3: Estimate sales price and percentages screen: This screen below shows where you can manipulate the estimate values and percentages. So, if you over-type any of the money or percentage values in the yellow % or money value fields, Worka-B recalculates all the related values to help you quote as keenly as possible.

Example 4: Comprehensive estimate search features screen: This screen layout below illustrates just some of the many comprehensive estimate search features in Worka-B. Even more search features are available when you convert an estimate and it is copied over to the jobs area where its order acknowledgement, proofing acceptance letters, purchase orders, job bag, invoices and delivery notes are waiting for you.

Example 5: To-Do list and customer relationship management features screen: Here you can see below the very useful Worka-B 'To Do List' diary tab. It works both for those with sales reps, or those with none and helps you easily control all the named areas.
